Last week’s challenge was all about keeping your number and we asked those that had already transferred their number to fill out a quick questionnaire

 

Almost half of the responders already had their PAC code ready and waiting to give to us on the day that they joined giffgaff, and 98% were satisfied or very satisfied with the value for money...

Recently there has been a discussion on the internet about whether you should keep your real name on the internet, with google+ forcing real names, and Mark Zuckerberg's sister wanting the same.

To support Unlock a phone, Unlock a Chicken and for 5 minutes of fun, we thought we’d have a Free range egg and spoon race.  Sadly, a few eggs got broken but the majority will go in to Omelettes (let us know if you have any good recipes). Ready, steady...

As part of the giffgaff goodies Challenge #3 for an opportunity to win £1500, (which was all about helping you make topping up easier, reminding our members about updating their card details and auto top-up) we included a survey where we asked responders if they had any comments good, bad or ugly. As I said in my last blogs, one of giffgaff’s core values it about doing the collective good and doing the right thing.  This led us to have an idea about, Unlock a phone, Unlock a chicken. We have teamed up with Wood Green, The Animals Charity who take in Battery Chickens, rehabilitate them and pass them on to homes from nice members of the public...
