Well, if anyone does get access to your account, they could change all your details, your email address, etc. Plus they'd have access to your order history, your address etc. Which is not something most people would be happy to share.
But if you really wanted to, you could get your browser to store your username and password for you, so you have to only click once to get logged back in again, should you get auto-logged out.
