I was unable to activate my new SIM card. The second step (address) failed, after pressing the button I was logged off.

IS this a temporary failure?

I tried bot Firefox and IE , without success.

It might be due to system error if you are sure you did it right. Please try again after few mins. If nit, please ask agent by going into Support, then scrolling down to "Ask an Agent"

Hi Pszyszuk

We are aware of your issue with activation.

Danielle has dropped a mail to your own personal email address and you can also send us your username, SSN number (19 digits on the back of the SIM) and also the activation code by clicking on contact us and sending us a mail. This is the best way to contact us if you have no active SIM and no 'Ask an agent ' link.

Hey Shivan,

You can only activate your sim after topping up, otherwise people would just use the sims just to get the benefits (e.g Free Interent)
