You cannot check your points, it is not live feed. You need to wait till the end of the month, where everything is added up and updated. So be patient

You'll receive a statement in the first week or so of each month, and you can redeem the points in mid-May. The details of how to do this will become clearer around that time.

Yes, as the others said, be patient!

I will say this, keep spreading the words as we'll all benefit the more successfull giffgaff becomes. Also, I can assure you that members who have been around for a while have had statements as the others have said and all seems to work VERY efficiently.....don't panic!
