I did the cuddle monster and i recieved a sim card but when i try to activate it, it says that it cant be activated. What do i do?

This is from vincent, so check this thread

1 - Navigate to giffgaff.com
2 - Select 'Activate SIM' button
3 - Enter activation code for Friend/VIG
4 - Click 'Activate Me' button
5 - Enter username / password / email
6 - Accept T's & C's
7 - Click 'Continue to address details'

This is where the problem happens..

You are now redirected back to mygiffgaff
But just login with username created in step 5 and then click on 'Activate SIM' button on dashboard

8 - You are then directed to Address details page
9 - Enter correct details
10 - Click 'Activate Me' button
11 - Activation Success page is displayed
12 - Activation in progress is displayed in mygiffgaff for few minutes
13 - You are now successfully activated
