Help: Ask the community (got stuck? get help here)

I just put my new SIM in my phone yesterday, I could send texts ok up until an hour ago.  I now can't send tetxs - I can receive from non giff gaff users (my son also on giff gaff can't send to me but my husband on vidafone can?), and I can't make any phone calls? it pops up and syas something about conditional forwarding when I make a call and then rings off before making a connection? - any ideas? My top up is valid until way into September?

The network is down, hopefully the problem is being worked on and everything will be fixed soon. I suppose you will just have to wait it out.

The network was down for around 30 mins earlier.  Please can you confirm if your problem has been sorted out

so the network was down - why isn't something posted on the front page of the giff gaff website to tell us this?  or is it elsewhere on the site?

Oh, I didn't notice anything (but then don't look at phone all the time so could have easily missed it)
