i have already got email accounts on my blackberry from when i was using vodafone payg which was working perfectly fine but for some reason they arent connected with the giffgaff network. 

i am not being able to send emails or receive them and when i run diagnostics on the blackberry it came up for each of my email accounts that they arent connected.

you need to re register them as there now running tho a o2 platform this should sort it out, as long as you have the giffgaff bb tariff

You may have to revalidate your accounts go to giffgaff.blackberry.com and create an account,you should be able to manage your accounts there just like you did on the vodafone bis website,are other bb functions working ie bbm or browser as some people are having problems having their bb services activated once the goody bag and add on have been bought,
If none are working contact an agent to speed things up
