hi,

i have activated my sim and topped up 10 pounds on it. but two days later the balance keeps coming up as £0.

when i click on my account,it says "Ooops. There's no giffgaff number to manage yet" and also it says that "Waiting for payment".

when i put my sim in my phone it says "inactive sim".

what do i do?

There have been a few posts over the last couple of days. I think giffgaff have a problem with SIM activation at the moment. Either be patient or ask an agent: https://support.giffgaff.com/app/ask

We have now been updated that you should be able to activate your SIM. Can you let us know if this works now for you?

When i try to activate my sim, it automatically goes to the topup page, but i have already topped up. So the sim card does not seem to activate.

you have to contact the giffgaff support people. and they will help you on what to do. This happened with one of my friends and they have sent a new sim.

Are you sure that you have entered the code correctly. This is because I had the same problem and then afterwards I had deleted the cache and it worked after! woooohooooo lool

they payment will probally come throught later but will in the end, it will come through on the credit card you used to top it up on.

khushi92 your a month late - the issue has been solved for them however a new one has come up with the site update 2 days ago and is in the process of being fixed
