I am having a problem with my security pin code as I set one and now can't remember it, I thought if I kept entering the pin then eventually my Nokia lumia 610 would asked for a PUK code, but instead it just keeps increasing the amount of minutes until I can try again. I read then that after 3 times of entering the pin incorrectly you're supposed to be able to enter the PUK code and that will unlock it, I tried entering the PUK code I requested off of 'My Giffgaff' but it was too long, Could this be because my giff gaff account thinks I am still with my old phone?
What do I do??

If you are getting the error message that says "invalid date error" while sending email to agents this is what you need to do: From drop down menu choose Sim service. No service. Tick all the YES boxes and now put any relevant info in the box.

I think you may have entered a 'lock code'
I found this on the nokia lumia 610 online website:
Lock code (security code)
(min. 4 digits)
This helps you protect your phone against unauthorised use.
You can set your phone to ask for the lock code that you define.
Keep the code secret and in a safe place, separate from your phone.
If you forget the code and your phone is locked, your phone will require service. Additional charges may apply, and all the personal data in your phone may be deleted.
For more information, contact Nokia Care or your phone dealer.
