How do I activate my old sim in my new phone?

I just have had to change my iPhone 5 as the on off button wasn't working properly (which they did without question as was under warranty), but now the 3G doesn't work on my new phone? I've tried re-activating the sim, but the website says it's already activated...  Any help guys???

If you used that sim in the phone before then it should work fine. Can you try the sim in other phone? Try also this settings below

As long as the phone you just got is unlocked you can just put the sim in from other phone then will have to put the settings in again for the data and mms.

Re: How do I activate my old sim in my new phone?

When you say you tried to reactivate the sim, are you doing that because your account online is appearing as not active on your Harry261098 account?
When did you activate your sim?
Are you sure you're logged into the correct account?
Text the word USERNAME to 43431 to recieve confirmation of your correct account name within 15 minutes

Incidentally is it just the Internet that dosnt work? Do calls and texts work ok?

As the same sim worked previously it has to be a settings issue, check your settings against giffgaffs Help Page
