I just have had to change my iPhone 5 as the on off button wasn't working properly (which they did without question as was under warranty), but now the 3G doesn't work on my new phone? I've tried re-activating the sim, but the website says it's already activated... Any help guys???

To set up your internet and mms settings using giffgaff.
Firstly,if you have access to wifi,then please go to the 'APP STORE' and download the my giffgaff app or you can simply click onto my link below to go straight there to download the app.
Once you have downloaded the my giffgaff app,then just simply,OPEN the app and click onto MORE,then click onto APN settings and your settings will be installed for you automatically.If you would like to input your settings by hand,then please follow the manual guide below,thanks.
*Manual settings for iphone*
Firstly, check whether you have an old profile.
1) Head to Settings -General -Profile. If you can't see Profile move on to number 2.
If you can see an old giffgaff profile, tap it and press Remove.
2) Go back to Settings - General and press Reset.
3) Press reset Network Settings and follow through.This will delete your WiFi passwords and You may need to enter your passcode, at which point your iPhone will reboot.
4) Go back to Settings -General - Mobile Data or Network depending on your iOS version.
5) Tap Mobile Data Network.
Now under Mobile Data enter: APN - giffgaff.com
Username - vertigo
Password - password,this should already be entered by default.
Leave Visual Voicemail as it is.
6) Scroll down. Under MMS enter: APN – giffgaff.com
Username – vertigo
Password – password,again this is the default)
MMSC – http://mmsc.mediamessaging.co.uk:8002
MMS Max Message Size - 2097152
Finally, give your iPhone a few minutes to think and you should be back up and running.

When did you activate your sim?
Are you sure you're logged into the correct account?
Text the word USERNAME to 43431 to recieve confirmation of your correct account name within 15 minutes
Incidentally is it just the Internet that dosnt work? Do calls and texts work ok?
