I have run out of MB (Internet) on my goodybag before the goodybag itself expires (20/02/2013), so I bought a new goodybag (only data 500MB). After the payment I find that is not possible to lived up immidiately but can only be lived up once the existing one expires!!!
It's incredible! It's not possible that I will be obligated to use only 500MB for the next 2 months (until 20/03/2013) !!! I was wondering what I can do now? It's possible to ask for an update?
Can I update for example to an other goodybag if I pay the difference?

Contact an agent if you would like the data goodybag refunded
but you have to wait for the current goodybag to expire before moving onto the next - sorry

You can only have one per month ..
You can have queued one cancelled if you wish .
Ask an agent for assistance in cancelling queued gbag
If you have any problems entering the time and date then select sim service,then select no service,then tick all the boxes and enter your comment in the box provided.
A response from an agent can take up to 24hrs so please keep going back to ask an agent and look for messages from agents.

In future best to buy 12 pound bag that gives you unlimited internet - don't need to worry about running out.

6.2 A Bundle lasts for a month, after which the associated allowance expires. This period starts from the moment you successfully make your purchase and the Bundle is allocated to your account. If you have any remaining allowance at the end of the period it will expire and not be rolled-over into the next month.
6.3 Standard Charges will apply where you have used up your Bundle allowance and continue to use the associated Service.
However contact an agent to see if you can change your now queued goodybag for a different one so that you are not stuck with just the 500mb GIGABAG.
