Lost Simcard

So I lost my phone a month or so ago, and ordered a new Simcard to be sent out to me. The Simcard never arrived, despite apparently having left the warehouse a week after ordering.<br><br>Very frustratingly, you cannot order any more sims until you have activated at least one - but that one is seemingly now lost and giffgaff have been cutting off certain areas of their service and website to me because I have no sim to top up or use.<br><br>Does anyone have a clue what to do in this situation?

You would need to contact a agent about this issue as this is related to your account you can contact an giffgaff agent by following this link https://giffgaff.com/support/ask
