You can now get to your puk code without having to ask an agent by following this link: http://giffgaff.com/support/puk
Make sure you're logged in on the site though!

well it's definetly working now - just don't forget you'll need to be logged in and have your SIM activtated to get your PUK code

Ah well, I must be wrong. The puk2 couldn't be a generic code could it? Ah well, at least you figured out the way to get your puk2 code.
No idea why we didn't include that option in the first place. Must have had a reason. I'll raise it. We might add it as a feature somewhere in the future.
