Nokia Lumia 520 wont let me send picture messages

Hi guys

 

so iv got the Nokia lumia 520 and since getting it i cant send mms and when i

recieve them it comes up o2 multimedia and i have too go on to o2 online anyone help too fix this ? My internet settings work so its not that  thanks in advance

Do you have credit? as mms's cost 16p to send and are not included in goodybags.

On giffgaff network MMS are charged at 16p and are not included in goodybags mins. furthermore please check to ensure you have the correct mms settings as below

Password: password (Note: this is just the word 'password' and NOT your giffgaff password)
MMSC: http://mmsc-ac.mms.o2.co.uk:10021/mmsc

MNC: 10
APN Type: mms

You need correct Windows giffgaff settings for nokia smart phones and 16p each of credit to send picture message

make sure you have 16p credit to be able to send the MMS as it is not covered by your goody bag

 your mms settings must be incorrect  thats why its saying to go online for o2 multimedia ,even though your web settings are fine, some phones  need mms settings  put in manually, as said you need credit to send mms , but dont need credit to receive,
