I'm having problems sending pictures since one or two months, I though that maybe was my phone, but isn't it, I introduced two of my friends into giffgaff and with them is the same problem, one owns a iPhone 4 and the other a Sony Ericsson and me a Nokia N8.
What's the problem?

Shouldnt really be a problem sending pics via Whatsapp so long as they are not too large, I do know there is a limit on sending video via the app, not so sure on the image size.

Settings are the same.
But I can't find where I have to put this number "+447802002606" in the MMS settings...
I unistalled the whatsapp and now it's hard to start, the same when I try to update my contacts... it's imposible, always fails.

Ignore the 'Check MMS' replies mate, they are irrelevant to Whatsapp. There are restrictions to sizes of video on Whatsapp but I'm not sure about Images. Are you using it via Wi-fi or a Data connection is more to the point, is your phone setup correctly for Data via Giffgaff??

Yep, MMS have no sense if all goes by 3G.
Well, whatsapp always resize images or video, is not the problem, because before I can sent images, the problem came like one or two months ago and my friends, that are new on giffgaff have the same problem.
I'm sending by 3G, I just use WiFi points to download big upgrades.
And yes, everything is right if I can use Internet as normal, is just one problem with one aplication.

As for the other phones try removing the proxy server address
It's not a neccesary setting and the Internet works without it, and it has been proved that it affects some apps on certain phones . As for the iPhone follow this
The problems arise from the settings profile you installed from the link you recieved by texting settings to 2020
You must delete this profile
Go to settings- general- profile
(Profiles is near the bottom)
Now go to safari and install these settings
(by deleting the previous profile your Internet will not connect so use wifi or go to settings- general- network- mobile data network
And change the mobile data apn to giffgaff.com
That will enable you to install the new profile)
Once installed all that's required is to change the mms settings a little
Go again to settings- general- network- mobile data network
And change the mms apn from
Idata.o2.co.uk to giffgaff.com
And the mms username from
Vertigo to giffgaff
Don't click reset.
All apps and sites that previously gave errors before should now work
