Hi, I am having difficulty getting these settings to work on my Sansung Galaxy S.
If I put my wifes O2 sim in and select the O2 profile, the internet works fine. If I swap back to my giffgaff sim, and select the giffgaff rofile I setup as above, no internet, just the "web page not available" message.
I have checked through the above details in great detail, I cannot see any difference, but it just doesn't work.
When I paid for my giffgaff account, I just paid for a £10 goodybag and nothing else, do I need to have a further credit on the account to use the internet, or is there something else anyone can suggest.
Please, Please, Please can someone help as the reason I wanted a giffgaff sim was to be abe to use the web based features.

You don't need any additional credit so it should work if you have the correct settings.
Is there a setting in your browser calling something like "connect using". Make sure it points to the giffgaff profile
Alternatively, try editing the o2 profile and using that rather than creating a new giffgaff one
