Unprovisioned SIM Card

You had the cheek of sending me out an unprovisioned SIM card, to replace a lost one, this was received early last week.

 

You  fed me some pap about a "blanket fix"

 

After contacting an agent, I received the most stupid cut and paste reply, about sending my IMEI number to you so you can unblock my phone, which it is not.

 

I replied, telling you that you had sent me an unprovisioned (i.e. crap, duff) SIM.

 

As of today, your "blanket" fix has missed me and I'm sick to death of it now.You din't even have the decency to respond to the reply sent to your agent.

 

Reply in 24 hours? My ar**.

 

Either you "provision" my SIM or send me one that actually works. How about that, CrapGaff?

Yep, I think you gave yourself the best solution to the problem: just order a new SIM. Probably faster than carrying on with the current one. I agree that they should take more care not to send out unprovisioned ones, as this has now happened a number of times.

@ bluemoon, @dalan - I saw the post about the unprovisioned SIM's hence being aware of the 'blanket fix'.

As said in my post, the agents have not replied to my questions to them.

I know that, as a matter of course, they don't read the forums but the Educators do. And seeing that the staff have not replied to me, I haven't much to lose by doing so.

EDIT: I've just ordered yet another replacement. Let's hope this one actually works this time.
