Which way does my sim go in? and no signal

I just activated my sim, put it in.. it is smaller than my other o2 simcard so i dont know which way it goes in.. tried 2 ways and both ways it has said 'sos' and i havent had any signal.

Their's a little cut out in the corner that should be on the left!

The SIM card should be the same size as your old SIM.

are you trying to put a micro sim in a normal sized sim slot? check your phone manual.

 

If so you need to get an adapter from a phone shop (about a £1) and then it will fit properly.
