If you didn't report it lost and just ordered a new sim then do a sim swap
This is really simple when your new sim arrives first log into your account and then go to www.giffgaff.com/activate. Enter the code on the back of your new sim, it will then take you through the sim swap procedure transferring your number, credit and goody bags to your new sim.

There are 2 ways, it depends on how you ordered your new sim
Activating a replacement sim, if you have reported your sim as lost or stolen.
When a replacement sim arrives, your account will have a security bar automatically applied.
This will, in a lot of cases, disable itself once it is
activated, but not always.
If not, will have to ask an agent to remove it for you.
To raise a case the agents,go to Help on your my giffgaff page, then click Ask an Agent from the links on the page, or this link
If you have problems, choose 30 in the drop down box. And then write the specific nature of your issue in the text box provided.
You Do Not need to top up a replacement sim in
order to activate it.
You can now activate a new sim if you loose one or it is damaged, or you need a micro or nano sim, by doing a sim swap.
Log out of gg, then click activate a sim, enter the 6 digit code,
then select i have a gg account, then click sim swap. All your account details, credit and goodybags and number will be swapped to the new sim.
Please note, that sim swaps stop between 10 pm and around 6am.
Note, there is no need to top up a sim swapped sim.
