Re: iphone 5s settings

With new devices, you will have to set up nternet settings by texting the word settings to 2020 whilst connected to w-fi

Hi, do you have a o2-uk 3G signal ? if you don't you can check to see if there are any outages on the mobile network where you are by going to here and popping in Your postcode http://giffgaff.hourb.com

Here's the settings for the iPhone 5c/5s

please can you first reset the network settings by going into

settings > general > reset ~now scroll down to reset network settings and your iPhone should reboot

Depending on your iPhone international language ""British English""Or ""English""

Settings~Mobile~Mobile Data Network
Settings~Cellular~Cellular Data Network

• APN =giffgaff.com
• Username =vertigo
• Password =password

MMS Settings

• APN =giffgaff.com
• Username =vertigo
• Password =password
•MMSC=http://mmsc.mediamessaging.co.uk:8002
•MMS Proxy = 82.132.254.1:8080
•MMS Max Message Size = 2097152

After editing the settings just press the the Home Button then please reboot your iPhone Before you open the safari or use the Internet

MMS will NOT work unless 4G (3G) is ON

Lastly check that the MMS button in the Settings. (Settings~Messages) Make sure MMS Messaging is set to ON.

And remember that MMS / Picture Messages cost 16p (24p for none uk networks )and are not included in any Goodybag ( Mobile Data must be on to receive MMS messages)
