I can see a lot of questions on the community asking "where did my money go", Giffgaff is taking money off me, etc and I notice that there are lots of advice about contacting an agent. Perhaps, rather than an itemised bill, just like the minutes counter for the goodybag, do you think a data and minutes counter (minutes and data used rather than left for use) for pay as you go customers would help. This would reduce the workload for the agents, but may involve software updates for Giffgaff .I am sure you have the data as it is sent at the end of the month. This data needs to be live and on each account holders account
