We have been made aware that some members are unable to purchase goodybags at the moment.
This is being looked into at the moment, and we will keep you updated.
Please don't raise a case to the agents, as this is a system error and not an individual case.

We believe this should now work, if this isn't the case please let me know on here or through pm.
If you are still experiencing problems buying a goodybag after clearing your cache/cookies and refreshing your browser, please PM me with the time you last tried to buy a goodybag.
I will then forward your names to the relevant people who can fix this issue.
Update 12.10 19th
We have received a few messages this morning from members who have said they are now able to purchase a goodybag.
If everyone could please try again this morning after clearing cache/ cookies and let Zobia or myself know if you are still having issues.
Please also include the time you last tried to purchase a goodybag
