zoopla are comin out with stupid valuations. i can tell u that there is currently a 2 bedrooms terraced house on my road that is for sale at £70000 but ive looked at the pictures and every room including the bathroom and kitchen is twice the size of every room in my 1 bedroom flat. any ideas? ive found similiar flats in preston which is 40 miles away goin for about £15000???

Luckily the system for calculating payback is much more sophisticated than that to avoid pointless posting (which can actually reduce payback). It's quality and not quantity that counts.

ive looked on all those websites before their not telling me what i want to hear. basically in 2008 a flat sold for £25000. its now 6 years later? how much could it have possibly gone up. i need someone who knows about council properties and knows how the valuation system works.
