I'm fed up of texts from giffgaff but I don't want to opt out of marketing as I would still like the emails.
I would like to see us having greater control over the marketing we receive, ie. a choice such as tickbox for SMS, email, or both.
Neither of those ideas even mention seperating SMS from email marketing preferences?

Think the mention of the personalised statement threw you off so I removed it from the idea... keep it the good work though.
I'm definitely in favour of this - I don't want to miss out on everything, but I resent marketing emails & texts enormously, from any source. And although I've only had 1 text from gg so far, I'd really like to opt out of them, as like james I find them more invasive.
