Submit: Great giffgaff Ideas

The info on this site is already getting a bit fragmented - e.g. info on number porting (do you lose credit on old payg SIM?).  It would make a lot of sense to have a wiki with all the info - and people could update this if logged in - then it would all be in one place.

IMO the website and forums and not at all user-friendly.  I guess part of the problem may be that it's tied in with proprietary Lithium system rather than open source - e.g. Drupal or Django - which would probably do everything that's needed, only free and probably better.

To kick this off, the suggestion is to have a thread dedicated to suggestions for improving the giffgaff website - design, functionality etc. - after all it's a key part of the giffgaff service.
