i think that it could be a good idea to offr a choice of rewards on top up. like now we have unlimited giffgaff to giffgaff calls and texts, it would be nice to have a choice of an allocation of texts, or minutes to any network or something. just an idea

Hi all, we don't really like top up rewards. It encourages use when you don't really want or need to use your phone. Also the tariffs outside of top up rewards are usually very high, which is also not something we'd like to do. We want to keep our standard prices 8p and 4p. I think we have something much better in the pipeline than top up rewards... watch this space Cheers, Vincent
