Now you've edited your reply, this confirms what I've said above.
1) You're logged into the wrong account
2) You're in the correct account, but it's never had a working SIM
3) Your in the correct account, but it has malfunctioned (this can quickly be fixed by an agent)
First step to sort this is as my previous reply - text "USERNAME" to 43430
