Hi there and thanks for visiting the community.
I cant believe that people are asking you to dial *#06# when you dont have your phone anymore,so sorry about that ☹ .
If you have lost or had your device/sim card stolen, you have two options. You can either report your sim card or phone, lost or stolen, and giffgaff can block either your sim card,or your phone,no problem. If you also report your sim card stolen, you then have to wait until your replacement sim card arrives, which will be sent to you 1st class post. When you receive your replacement sim card to your address, it WILL have any remainding credit or goodybag/Gigabag on the new sim card, and also the same number, when it arrives,so dont worry, you wont lose anything ok 🙂
If you have a spare unactivated giffgaff sim card, and you also have a spare phone to use, simply dont block your sim card, just block your phone, then simply perform a sim swap,by reading your second option below. Please click onto the link below and report, either your sim card or phone, lost or stolen.http://giffgaff.com/support/lost
The second option is.....You could always perform a sim swap.
When you perform a sim swap,ALL credit and any remaining goodybag allowance, and your giffgaff phone number is transfered,to your NEW sim card, easy.
Do you have a spare, unactivated giffgaff sim card?. If not dont worry if you dont, its not a problem.Simply order a new sim card,by clicking onto the link below.https://giffgaff.com/spread
Sim cards can take up to 7 days to receive, but can be sooner in most cases,so if you want a sim card quickly, your best option would be to report your sim card lost or stolen. That way your replacement sim card will be sent 1st class post.
If you do decide to perform a sim swap and you do have a new unactivated sim card at the moment.Simply, perform a sim swap.
Please take a look at a great guide,by clicking onto the link below, thanks 😉 .http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Using-giffgaff/What-is-SIM-Swap/ta-p/7320084
Please remember that sim swap is available from 04.30 am - 9.30 pm,cheers 😉 .
