You top-up your voucher then you pick the wrong gb like the other member has said !
@star888 wrote:Assuming your are right, but what kind of fraudulent arrangement that will just swallow your money? Who stand to gain from that mistake?
You have purchased a goodybag, you have got what you have paid for, they aren't swallowing your money. It is not giffgaffs fault if you purchased the wrong one :|

I wouldn't bother replying to this post.
don't we live in delightful times, where such a thing as personal responsibility for actions is a rarity. Star888, you might want to actually read things before using them and, if you have been confused, ask for help politely and with admission of ignorance and/or confusion. Friendly goes a long way.
This is for star888. the network is very good. its not their fault you dont know how to add the goodybag properly. its not rocket science. do you remember pressing the button saying ( exchange airtime to goodybag)?
the main problem with giffgaff is they have no real customer service justa few forum junkies looking for kudos
thats why we need a real number to phone as and when problems occur its seems problems are few so to speak to someone would be great problem sorted
whatever goody bag u have bought u r getting that dear. There is no fraudulent
@star888 Hi, I have sent you a Private Message. Please have a read when you get the time. Regards,Christian
