I had money in my pay back bout 37 pounds ive just checked now and its says i have no money or payback and none in paypal whats happened

If you let it roll over twice then it's lost I'm afraid...

You will not receive payback if:

You haven't used your phone within the last 3 months (i.e. haven't made a call/sent a text/used mobile internet).
Your service has been ceased.
You have a pending PAC (port out).
Your service has been barred for non use.
You have been banned from the community / all giffgaff services.
There is a chargeback pending on a payment to giffgaff.

Did you not claim it back ? The new payback has started now July to December contact an agent.

It must be a bag on website. Keep checking on it. I believe it will appear in no time again.

If you didnt claim in the June payback it will have rolled over until December payback..

It will say you have no payback as after the June payout the payback total reset to zero

Payback points will show after 5th month so if it was rolled over it will show from 6th July onwards and you will be able to claim it in December payout. You have to say how you want it. ie as airtime credit or you can get it paid into a PayPal account but you have to specify which or it rolls over v
