Time flies – it’s already been 5 months since we introduced a £2 discount to the £20 unlimited data goodybag, but we wanted to remind you that you still have until 31st March to take advantage of it. In addition, for those of you who are currently using this goodybag, we wanted to make sure that you have all the information that you need.
If you’re currently on the discounted goodybag, then now is a great time to double check your usage on My giffgaff and make sure that you’re on the best goodybag for you. We’ll be sending you an email in the next few days to help with this, but if you tend to use under 5GB and 500minutes, then you could bag yourself a saving by switching to the £15 goodybag. Remember that if you run out of your allowance then you can buy a new goodybag early, so if you occasionally use more then you might still save by switching.
If you’ve checked your usage and decided that the £20 goodybag is still right for you then read on to find out all you need to know about this change.
I’m on the discounted goodybag, how will this impact me?
The £18 discount offer is coming to an end on 31st March and this goodybag will return to its normal price (£20) on 1st April. The allowance on the goodybag will not change and any goodybags which are purchased on or before 31st March will not be impacted.
I have a queued discounted goodybag:
Don’t worry, any goodybag which is purchased on or before 31st March is unaffected by this change and that includes queued goodybags.
I am recurring a discounted goodybag:
If your current goodybag is set to expire on 31st March or before, then your next goodybag will be at the discounted price of £18. If your goodybag expires on 1st April or after then your next goodybag will return to the normal price of £20. Remember that you can change your recurring settings at any time by going to My Payment Details.
Hope this helps,
