I had scheduled transfer of my number on 23rd of September. In the morning of this day my both SIM cards (the one from Vodafone and the new one from giffgaff) stopped to work. Today is a 3rd day and my number is still not working.
I did issue complaint (150924-000780) but there is no reaction. In case of "normal" operator I could call customer service and push to solve the problem. What I can do in case of giffgaff where there is even no number to call?
