Hey everyone, I might aswell cut to the chase. Just above a month ago I was made redundant from my work place, and I'm still in the process of finding another job. In this recent period, I've been using my phone a lot during the day with all the free time. Anyway, I've just had a text from giffgaff stating that I have broken their traffic flow policy, and after looking into what this actually was I found out that I was meant to have had an email detailing ways I could curb the amount of data I was using, but looking through my inbox there is no email. I'm wondering if there is a way to appeal this because the unlimited data is a must for me, and I really don't want to have to change provider since I've had such a good relationship with giffgaff!
