It is unacceptable how giffgaff deals with customers. I simply left my simcard out of the UK when I was on holiday. When came back asked for a new simcard. But they are denying now to put me on my plan, because that is for existing customers and I am not an existing customer. Just because I had to have a replacement simcard. Isn't that funny?
I cannot believe it. Never happens to me or any other customers in other networks.
We can name some new networks as the unreliable ones, such as giffgaff.
No body at store or phone answering you!!
And it is not that cheaper than other networks.
