Right then @agathia now we can progress
First thing to do is to ask an agent to tell you the name of the company to whom the payment is being made.
Although you know the name Payforit this is not the name of the company that is actually getting the money it is the name of the organistion that makes these things possible.

Once you know the name of the actual company then you should be able to track them down from the PSA site and they should be able to offer you more advice.
So get that name!
Use this form - ignore the title just chose 30 from the drop down list and then use the Any Further Information box to explain whatbis happeneing and what you want
Agents can take up to 24 hours to reply but are usaully a lot quicker.
You should get an e-mail telling you they have responded and you can find the reply here
which is where, if you need to, you should reply to them - don't try and reply to the e-mail it won't work!
So do that and then come back with the reply you get from them and we can go on to the next step.
