We always challenge ourselves to provide great value and keep things simple for our members so I’m excited to share two new goodybag improvements.
First up, from Thursday 22nd Feb we’ll be moving to unlimited minutes on our goodybags at £10 and above. We hope big callers will be delighted with the news. For everyone else, we know minutes have tended to become less important over time but here's the upside, it means we can afford to simplify things by making minutes one less thing for new and existing members to think about when choosing their goodybag.
You don’t have to do anything, we’ll simply add the unlimited minutes next time you buy a £10, £12, £15 or £18 goodybag from Thursday 22nd.
More data - when you need it most
And now for something a little different. We know that running out of data can be a real pain which is why unlike any other network provider we analyse your usage every month and tell you the best goodybag for you. This does the trick nicely but there’s always a chance you can have an exceptional month and use more data than usual. Now, if this happens you can of course buy your next goodybag early but we thought, wouldn’t it be nicer if we saved you the hassle and simply gave you extra data to keep you connected.
So that’s what we’ve done. Once you’ve bought your first 3 goodybags we’ll simply boost your data by 1GB extra every month when you buy a £10, £12, £15 or £18 goodybag.
Call it a reserve tank or a data lifeline we just want to make sure we give members who use a lot of data a helping hand to get them to their next goodybag if they run out.

It’s not quite ready, we’re planning to make the change by the end of March, so we’ll update you when we have a confirmed date.
