Sorry to read of your situation this Afternoon about your lost SIM card. You could do a couple of things in this situation. You could either report to giffgaff that your SIM has been lost for a replacement to be sent, or, obtain a brand new giffgaff SIM and perform what is known as a SIM Swap procedure instead. Please see your options below (I would recommend option 2 - SIM Swap if you are in a hurry to get back up and running with giffgaff):-
OPTION 1 - REPORT SIM LOST TO GIFFGAFF FOR A REPLACEMENT SIM
If you happen to lose your SIM card and/or phone, please let Giffgaff know so they can block them. The Lost and stolen page guides you through the most appropriate solution for each situation. Giffgaff will send you a replacement SIM card with your current mobile number associated with it.

When you have contacted Giffgaff requesting a replacement Sim card, it typically takes 1-3 working days for your new SIM to arrive and is sent by 1st class post, you'll need to activate it online when it arrives by logging into your account and clicking here.
Giffgaff advise you to activate the replacement SIM card as soon as your receive it as your goodybag / gigabag may still be active. You'll then be able to select to recur your chosen plan again.
OPTION 2 - OBTAIN A NEW GIFFGAFF SIM CARD AND PERFORM A SIM SWAP PROCEDURE (TRANSFERS NUMBER/CREDIT/GOODYBAG ONTO YOUR NEW SIM).
If you have lost your giffgaff SIM card, you can replace it with a new SIM. This is what Giffgaff call a 'SIM swap'. Performing a SIM Swap transfers your Giffgaff mobile number and any airtime credit or goodybags you have active with us onto a new SIM card.
Firstly, you will need to order a new giffgaff SIM. All our SIM cards are now multi-sized. It’s a Mini SIM which a Micro and Nano SIM can also pop out of, if required. Order Giffgaff SIM
It usually takes around 5 working days for a SIM to be dispatched and delivered. Once it arrives, you then perform the SIM Swap procedure. Sound complicated but thankfully it’s really easy to do.
To perform a SIM Swap:
1. Back-up any contacts, texts and other data saved on your current SIM to your phone memory or PC, as this cannot be transferred through SIM Swap.
2. Go to the Replace your SIM section of My giffgaff and click on 'Activate your SIM'.
NOTE: If you have an active PAC code on your account then the link above will not work for you. Instead follow this link to cancel the PAC code and proceed from the point above.

> It can take up to 24 hours for a SIM swap to complete (but it’s usually quicker). And you will lose service while it's processing.
