I have been a longtime customer however this is my first time to make a suggestion.
I have noticed a new network (Smarty) offering a payback for unused data. I for one think giffgaff should introduce a similar scheme. I believe in all the time I have been with giffgaff, I have only used all my data in a month 3 times, having been with giffgaff several years.
So if giffgaff could introduce a payback for every say 100mb of unused data, and that is either put into the payback account (the same account if you introduce someone else to giffgaff) or if that amount of money is taken off the next months payment before payment is taken from our banks. I just think if we are paying for data, but not using it all we should be able to get that money back.
Anyone else think this is a good idea?
