Been on giffgaff for over a month now. CHanged from THREE just because it was cheaper on pay as you go. £10 on THREE got you only 1G data on giffgaff it’s 3G
but I’ll pay the extra as I’m going back to THREE the network has been terrible. Constantly dropping calls. Internet is crazzzzy slow.
Move use the sim in my iPhone 6s. An iPhone 8 too. All phones updated and no problems like this on THREE.
And havig to wait forvee for an agent to reply. A better way to communicate to agents is what they need. If cutting costs means better experience.... I wonder where the money is going. Because neither coverage/ speed and customer service is good.
I had NO problems with THREE just the fact it was a little More expensive. That’s it.
Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.
