We have some good news for you all. Last week we launched a new Help Page.
This week we have been working on an additional feature to complement this shiny new page called ‘Your recent questions'. As you guys are aware, when a member posts a question on the community, sometimes the question and the responses can get lost and the answers can be easily missed. So we put our heads together and thought of a way to give members easy access to their recent questions in Help and Support.
How does it work?
Once a member is logged in, they can go on the Help page. If a member has posted a question in Help and Support, this will be shown in the top section, just below the search bar. Here is an example of how this will look:
We have also worked on ways of displaying when you have posted a question e.g. if the question has been answered & if the post contains a best answer.
If the thread receives any replies, a red icon will be shown on the right
If a best answer has been selected, the thread will be highlighted green.
This is another step to interlink support within our community with support available on the rest of the site. In the coming months, we're looking at improving the notifications and placing this new feature in other areas within giffgaff.com.
