Is our SIM packaging design being mistaken for spam mail?
@prescilla_g and the giffgaff SIM packaging design team have been having a look at how our SIMs get delivered. More specifically, thinking about why some SIMs never make it to our expectant members. So, Pres has a couple of questions for the members. If you pop over here and give giffgaff some feedback, that would be wonderful.

Making the most of Labs
Have you wondered what ideas are the most popular? Well, have you can view them here.
Do you ever wonder what ideas have been implemented? Well, have you can view them here.
Showcase of ideas within Labs (written by @ijustcantdoit)
Static IP for data sim disaster recovery. The idea states: Businesses often need inbound connectivity for websites, VPNs, and email servers etc, which can't be supported with the current SIM setup. How about adding an optional "Static IP Address" to the order for a "couple of quid more", or creating a "Disaster Recovery" bundle (more data and a static IP) for a premium? @greenwood_it brought this new idea to us. Although it might not be something giffgaff can roll out yet, it could be one for the future. Please give your thoughts and feedback.
Offer agent support via whatsapp and facebook messenger. The idea states: "Given that many companies are doing this already, would it be practical for giffgaff to offer Agent Support via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger?" @glaswegianeric introduced this idea to the labs. Even though giffgaff offers agent support through the website, could WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger be another route members could take to get agent support?

Text Breach - A Reminder
Early this morning it was reported that a large datacentre holding millions of text exchanges from people all across the world. It allowed hackers to easily view real-time conversations and extract personal data from every user. Luckily the breach was detected quickly and secured. However, we should all take this as a reminder that our data is always vulnerable to attack, and we need to take steps to secure it.
Personally, I recommend securing everything. Whilst this breach only affected text chains, every little aspect of your online life is vulnerable. Start with your email accounts, and accounts on websites, as they hold banking information, work info, usernames and passwords etc. Most providers will offer some form of 2FA, or 2-factor authentication. 2FA uses something like an app on your phone, or even your phone number (for texts and calls).
Apps like account settings.
Maybe now's the time to do a security checkup on all your devices and accounts, if you need any help or have any questions feel free to PM me!
