As a self employed driver I depend on my phone to receive and make calls to do jobs.
Today I have missed out on loads of jobs because there has been no service.
Will there be any compensation for people like me who have lost out on work because of this issue?

There is currently an issue with o2’s service and as giffgaff runs on o2, giffgaff is also affected. As for compensation, we will just have to wait and see what giffgaff are going to do about this.
