Lumo is an Australian company, which will only supply you if you DO NOT have a smart meter. They then will supply you with their own within six months(only then do you get the discount). I have tried in vain to get tariffs but to no avail.
It is an APP only contract, email only, no phone and last but not least their customer services are atrocious, read the trust pilot reviews, they're really bad.
My dear sloz, I don't think you have your energy supplied by them, whereas I DO have my supplied by Peoples energy which does give you email, telephone contact and customer services to speak to along with tariffs. ( they only have one tariff)
Like I said, nothing in it for me, just passing on what I considor to be a genuine easy to use, easy to access energy account.
