@k89bpa yes i noticed that too when i recently got the same email to set a best answer lol.
If giffgaff are gonna send emails like that it makes sense to include the links to your post in question abd have all the email content correct.
The lack of a link there would be a bug that unfortunately I've not previously been aware of. When that email was originally implemented the link was present.
Regardless - all emails will be re-assessed and implemented from scratch on the new platform. In fact, longer term, we'll be looking to integrate the community email system into our full email system (they are currently entirely separated, hence the templates being so different and basic for community emails).
