Firstly where do I find a Messages on my app from an agent and secondly I paid £25 a month for unlimited data on the app it has a bar and the bar is gone and now this is in red and my data does not work but I have unlimited data because I paid £25 a month please someone help

Reboot your phone to see if that works.
Just so you know there are no unlimited packages on giffgaff anymore. What you have is the £25 Always On goodybag which is "unlimited" with terms.
The Always On package gives 4G speeds on the first 20g of data used and then access to unlimited data at a restricted speed from 8am until midnight. Giffgaff chose a speed 384kbps that allows members to still use regular data services whilst reducing demand on the network.

Last thing to check is your APN settings on your phone to make sure your data setting hasn't reverted back to o2. If it has, see link below on how to change/update your data settings
