I just wanted to tell everyone about my recent experience with Giffgaff when I had issues with my account. I couldn't change my email address or password for some reason. So I contacted an agent about it.
Though it took a few days to sort out, perhaps because of the New Year holiday or because the issue had to dealt with elsewhere. The agents contacted me daily to reassure me that my problem was being dealt with and to ask for further information. Sure enough the problem was sorted and I'm very happy with how my case was dealt with. Giffgaff also gave me credit to my account as recompense.
I can't help but feel that some of the other providers of mobile phone services with walk in stores would not have done any better. I'm really impressed! So if anyone's worried about Giffgaff being an online only service. Don't be, Giffgaff are brilliant at sorting issues out and the agent communication is excellent ! So I would just like to add a quick Thank You to the Agents at Giffgaff (especially Chelsea), for wonderful customer service!
