I think the attitude I am seeing from GiffGaff in all these threads about WiFi calling is terrible, and unacceptable.
GiffGaff is basically saying, nope, we would never do it ... get over it. From other comments in other threads, it seems GiffGaff doesn't want to do this because of PAYG concerns (when over WiFi).
If this is the real reason behind the attitude, then please explain this clearly to your consumers (instead of sounding like you don't give a damn) ... and perhaps offer ONLY those that pay monthly contract the opportunity for WiFi calling (who knows that may even win you a few converts from PAYG to monthly goody-bags) ...
I have 4 SIM cards on GiffGaff, and I'm now seriously considering moving all away from the service. This is 2019, and an organization that dismisses it's customers' needs is not is not one I feel comfortable staying subscribed to..
