It's all a matter of taste. I like cauliflower! And it's grown in the UK and is in season now.
Cut into small florets, mix with a bit of olive oil, put on a baking sheet and bake in hot oven until golden brown round the edges.
Eat as a side dish or add to raw veg (peppers, spring onions, chopped celery, parsley) and pine nuts for a winter salad.
