It's not clear how to post a query direct to an agent concerning my account. Hopefully this query will be re-directed to the appropriate place.
When I obtained my SIM card I received a £5 goodwill refer a friend credit and topped up £10. To the best of my knowledge I've only sent one text since then as I've been running down my credit with another mobile provider - and yet my account shows a credit of less than £6. I would appreciate an explanation of where over £9 has been spent since January.
