I have the Always On Unlimited goodybag. I just got a text saying that I have used up all of my high-speed data. Normally the Always On goodybag is 20gb, however, when I checked my account on the GiffGaff app, it said "You've used all your 9GB of 4G data. You're still connected, just at a slower speed."
So my question is, have I actually used up all 20GB of my high-speed data? Or has it only been 9GB like the message states? If so, has there been an error and will my high-speed data be impacted?
